Refund Policy
PRO-LABELS has a limited refund policy. We will refund the postage of any mail that is returned to you within a limited amount of time due to typographical error or label error. PRO-LABELS greatly appreciates any and all return information.
Payment
PRO-LABELS accepts credit card orders only. Payment must be received first before shipping.
Shipping
PRO-LABELS are shipped by First Class US Mail. Priority Mail is an available option if you live outside the NY area and must be chosen for orders over 13 ounces. All US orders utilize Delivery Confirmation to ensure the receipt of your purchase. International shipping charges depend on location. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Labels are usually shipped out immediately upon receipt of order, unless we are in the process of updating data. Please allow an additional day or two on all T-Shirt orders.
Tax
PRO-LABELS are taxable only when shipped anywhere in New York State. All purchases are tax deductible.
